Biana Kovic is the Executive Director of Gabrielle’s Wings and the National Association of Women Artists (NAWA), and the producer/host of the Leadership with Biana Kovic Show. Prior to joining Gabrielle’s Wings and the National Association of Women Artists (NAWA), Biana was the Executive Director of the Friendship Ambassadors Foundation, the Multi - Site Supervisor / Assistant Director at the Sheltering Arms Inc., and the Co - Founder / Director of It’s Never 2 Late Inc.
Biana holds MS in Educational Psychology and Methodology from University at Albany, SUNY, and BA in Music from the University of Musical Arts in Belgrade, Serbia. Biana also has a Certificate in Nonprofit Financial Stewardship from Harvard University, Certificate in Emerging Leaders in Nonprofit Management from PASE/Baruch College, Certificate in Nonprofit Financial Management and Reporting from Baruch College and Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Columbia University.
Vanessa Tlachi is currently working at Sanctuary for Families, a non-profit that aims to end gender-based violence. Vanessa works as a paralegal in Sanctuary's Immigration Intervention Project. Prior to working at Sanctuary, she was working as a paralegal with a private immigration attorney and a high school substitute teacher with the Department of Education. Most of her professional experience has been working in the non-profit sector as well as the government sector. She graduated with the highest Honors from the City College of New York (CUNY) and majored in Latino Studies and Theater Arts. She also serves at New Life Fellowship Church in their Youth Ministry and their Health Center. She hopes to continue working in the nonprofit sector working with made vulnerable communities and is exploring the idea of going back to school to get her Master's Degree.

Sarah Isenberg is the Digital Content Coordinator at both the National Association of Women Artists and Gabrielle's Wings. Previously, she has interned at arts institutions across the country such as the Museum of Modern Art, The Jewish Museum, The Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles. In her work, Sarah aims to make art spaces welcoming and accessible to people of all backgrounds. She graduated from Lewis & Clark College with her B.A. in Art History in 2019.
